I was impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms at Omega - Gurgaon Central. The fragrance in the room was pleasant and the bedding and towels were clean, which is a rarity in cheap priced hotels. The AC worked well and the overall cleanliness of the property was up to par. Another advantage was the ability to order food online and enjoy it in the room.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the hotel restaurant was not open at night, limiting dining options for guests.

The size of the room was perfect for our romantic escape. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean sheets and towels, as well as the lovely fragrance of the room. the fact that we were able to order our food online and eat in the room was a great advantage. the location was ideal as we could easily visit various nearby attractions.

The service was somewhat lacking, with communication gaps and impatient staff during the payment process. the small and congested mess room was not a great experience for the number of guests it had, and the poor parking facility on the road full of dust did not provide a great impression.

We recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the location was great for exploring the area and the staff was friendly and helpful from check, in to check, out. Our room was clean and comfortable with fresh linens and a well, functioning AC. We especially appreciated the prompt and efficient service of the staff who made sure we had everything we needed. the fragrant and well, maintained bathroom was an added bonus.

The parking lot was somewhat cramped, making it challenging to park our car.
